'Diagonal Doggy Kick. Go on all fours, elbows soft, abdominal muscles contracted, flat back and here we go. Up, out, in and down. Up, out, in and down. Maintain this rhythm. The kick has to be diagonally outwards. Neck and back aligned. Breathe throughout the exercise. Exhale on exertion. This exercise works on the abdominal muscle, the glutes and the hamstring. Even the upper body is engaged throughout the exercise. This exercise targets another problem that all women face, saddle bags.
