'I believe even the seniors should have a chance to work out even if it is just something small 2 days a week. Here a workout that iv done in my arm chair using just a brook stick and tins of food. Iv done this in a tabata style workout which is 20 secs exercises and 10 sec rest total of 4 mins a round . There 5 rounds in total 1st round is cardio round that\'s a light boxfit round. 2nd round is with the broom and we working on chest and shoulders. 3rd round I\'m using the tins of food and in this round I\'m working back and a little bit more shoulders. 4th round there 2 exercises and we working the legs. 5th round we doing another light session of boxfit for one last cardio blast.
