'In this fitness test, I did several type of exercises focusing on different components like \"Balance (right and left leg), Core Strength, Upper & Lower Body Strength, Leg Power and Speed & Agility (clockwise and counter clockwise)\". The activities done are \"Stork Test, Sit-ups, Squats, Push-up, Vertical Jump and Quadrant Jump Test\". I did all of the named above at the garage of my house in Pekan, Pahang.
