'1 hour FAT BURNING FULL BODY WORKOUT Strength and Cardio Supersets

'FAT BURNING FULL BODY WORKOUT - Get fit, lean and strong with this intense cardio and strength workout designed to burn maximum calories and target your entire body.  This workout is Week 2/Day 5 of my 6 Week Fit, Lean and Strong Challenge. Complete the superset as follows: Set 1: Strength 50 work/10 rest x 1 Set 2: Cardio 30 work/15 rest x 2  You\'ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this 1 hour cardio and weight training workout . I used 1 set of 3kg + 5kg + 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level. Circuit 1 1️⃣DB Chest Press  1️⃣Kneeling Squat to Jump Squat . 2️⃣DB Suitcase Squat Curl to Press 2️⃣6 High Knees to Sprawl  . 3️⃣Upright Row to Front Raise 3️⃣Jump Lunge to Jump Squat . 4️⃣Squat Hold Punch 4️⃣HR Push-up to Mt Climber Combo . 5️⃣DB Static Hold Reverse Lunge 5️⃣Single Arm Burpee . 6️⃣Static Lunge Hold with Bicep Curl 6️⃣Double Pulse Jump Lunge . 7️⃣DB Deadlift to Row 7️⃣Bear Crawl . 8️⃣DB Bridge Tricep Extension  8️⃣Crab Toe Touch  . 9️⃣DB Glute Bridge  9️⃣Bear Side Toe Taps .
