'Here is a blooper/struggle reel.  My videos so far have been the best 10 seconds of each set, but what my videos fail to show is that I struggle, I huff &puff, and I am not impervious to being vulnerable.  The goal of your workout should not be to outdo the person next to you but to constantly strive to be better than who you were yesterday. You should try to get in one more pushup, run a fraction of a second faster, or to eat one more piece of fruit or veggie than you did yesterday. It\'s a game of improvment not competition.
