'Today\'s workout will be an all body workout, including the concept of supersets and maximum output. We are really trying to get as much from our core muscles today, which is why we are finishing off with three (including superset) core workouts. With the bonus workout- I’m introducing more locomotor based Movements. Locomotor Movements are movements where the body travels through space from one location to another. I chose standing broad jump because it includes balance, rhythm and timing, I feel it’s a great introduction. Im also introducing testing and measuring, where I hold the students accountable in recording their own results. In doing so I hope that the students can see benefits and gains from the workouts. Be sure to ask probing questions: Do you feel more fatigued after this week\'s workout or last weeks? Why do you think we superset specific muscles? If your muscles are fatigued, what does this mean? How can you jump further?'
