'This at home workout is a chipper workout. We use 1 or 2 sets of dumbbells and optional equipment; a kettlebell and a pull-up bar. The workout consists of: 120 Air Squarts 100 Pushups 80 Cross Jump Floor Touches 60 Kettlebell or Dumbbell Snatches 40 Squat Thrusters 20 Pullups 10 Burpees  The workout is not really timed. It is designed to finish all the reps of 1 set before moving on to the next. We complete the workout in about 25 minutes including the warmup and cool down.
