'MOVE YOUR BOOMBSEY MONDAY: Side Step Lift If you don’t do any exercise at all today we at-least want you to try this fun Kukuwa Move! Each week we’ll highlight one Kukuwa African Dance move that you are challenged to do for 60 seconds non-stop. Take a 30-second break and repeat 2x for a total of 3 rounds doing this dance.
