This 30 minute Barre3 workout will work your whole body and give you a complete workout in a short amount of time.  Filmed on location at Barre3 in Bedford, MA with owner Natasha Groblewski, this workout is great for all skill levels.  Follow along with Natasha if you want a more intense workout, or use the modifications that she shows if that's more your speed.  Barre3 is rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 is designed to lift, lengthen, and tone your entire body.
