WEEK 8 of the EQUESTRIAN FITNESS PROGRAM. A program designed to target the key muscle groups that are important for riding. A new video will be released each week with exercise progressions. In order to benefit from each video, try to complete the workout at least 3x/week before progressing on to the next video in the program.
