'Upper Body Resistance Band Workout For Men At Home... https://www.liveanabolic.com   Guys..I know a lot of you are working out at home, and for some of you..your gyms aren’t even open yet. That is why I am going to give you an incredible upper body resistance band workout that you can do at home. This resistance band workout for men at home consists of 5 different exercises, for 8-12 reps, and 3 sets before moving onto the next exercise. I designed these exercises so that the anchor point of the resistance bands is in one location, to save you some time. All 5 exercises will have a low anchor point. Stick around and let’s get started with this upper body resistance band workout for men at home. Here are the exercises:  Exercise #1: BANDED INCLINE PRESS. This is pretty much like an incline bench press. This will work your upper chest, and a little bit of your front deltoids.  Exercise #2: BANDED SEATED ROWS. Our back has a lot of muscle, so you may need to add a little more resistance. Sit back far enough where the resistance bands are already preloaded with tension. Make sure to squeeze at the top of the movement for a couple of seconds. Exercise #3: FRONT DELT RAISE. Your shoulders are a small muscle group, so you don’t need as much resistance in this exercise.  Exercise #4: OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION. Try to keep your elbows as still as you can for the whole range of movement because you don’t want this to be a pushing movement. Make sure to pick a resistance where you get fatigued. Exercise #5: SEATED CONCENTRATION CURL. This means we are going to work one arm at a time. Anchor your elbow on your leg to keep it still to really focus on working your biceps and putting all the resistance on your biceps.   This is a great workout that you can do at home, in a hotel, really anywhere. It doesn’t take a lot of time, and you are going to see and feel some good results.
