Insanity Max 30: Month 1 Timelapse - Every Single Exercise Video At Once- Workout Review and Results

This is the entire 1st month of the workout program Insanity Max 30. I filmed myself doing the exercises every day so that anyone interested in trying this program will see exactly what it entails. The workouts each day are 30 minutes long and on certain days there is an additional video that focuses on the ab muscles. This is the first month of a two-month exercise program, I will make another video once I complete the second month of Insanity Max 30. I haven't seen any videos on YouTube that show the entire month of workouts all at once so I decided that I wanted to be the first. This timelapse video is filmed at 4x normal speed. Fitness has always been a big part of my life and I wanted to share this passion on my YouTube channel. This video was very time-intensive to edit so I hope you all enjoy it.  I first started doing the original insanity program in college. The instructor of Insanity, Shaun T, was an alumnus of the university I was attending. I did the workout multiple times with my college friends. Once I graduated, I tried the Insanity Max 30 program which I enjoyed much more than the original insanity videos. It was shorter, much more intense and I saw better results after doing it. I finished the 2-month program a few years ago and decided to try it again during the Covid-19 quarantine. After finishing the program during quarantine, I decided I wanted to go for another round but this time actually film it. Technically this timelapse video is my third month in a row doing Insanity Max 30. This program is great to do alongside a friend. I got my girlfriend to start doing it with me every morning (either in person or virtually at the same time). Another one of my college friends started doing this workout and he just finished his first month as well. Overall, it is very challenging but makes you really feel accomplished when you are finished and you can't beat the results!
