'How to track meals and recipes on MyFitnessPal is so easy when you know how. Today I want to strip it down to the bare basics and put together a beginner guide to MyFitnessPal, showing you how to track food whilst cooking one of my easy family meals which is a delicious vegan curry.  In these beginners guide to using MyFitnessPal, I want to show you how to track a meal using this MyFitnessPal tutorial, how to track a recipe and what the difference is between them both. How to track your meals using MyFitnessPal is so easy even when you want to eat family dinners whilst tracking macros.
