So, I started the 80 Day Obsession Program from Beachbody and Autumn Calabrese on 2/26/18. Of course, I needed some way to track it -- so I'm tracking it in my food journal! I filmed this 2 weeks ago when I first started, and will have updates along the way... Here, I show you the first few pages of what I'm tracking along with how to add 80-Day approved recipes to a "master" meal-planning spreads - I've separated them into Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner, and I plan to make a snack spread too! P.S. I realized when editing that my dog is snoring nearly the entire time... OOPS! I'll make him leave the room from now on! HA! UPDATE: 15 Days in: I'm loving the program so far, but the timed nutrition is a little hard for me. I try to stick to only approved foods, but it's a BIG adjustment. I can already tell I'm gaining strength, so I'm looking forward to measuring after Phase 1 ends - I hope to make this a series if you want to see more videos like this!
