Everyone has just 10 minutes they can find in their day to get your heart going and achieve some of your fitness goals. Accomplish this workout in 4 moves - Push-ups, Squats, Straight Leg Sit Ups, and Frog Jumps. You'll do 10 reps of each and cycle through 10 rounds.
