Email me for queries - [email protected], [email protected] ___________________  Follow this quick 5-minute full-body HIIT workout for intense full-body cardio and calorie burn. This home workout requires no equipment and you can do this workout anywhere to tone your abs train your core and get your weight loss journey started. Get your heart rate up and burn calories! On your cardio days, you can do 3-4 rounds depending on your current endurance status. On let's say the weight training days like your chest day or back day or arms day or shoulders day or core day(abs day) or legs day you can add this HIIT routine as the cardio finisher element of your workout of the day.  Beginners: 1 - 2 rounds for the whole workout Intermediate: 2 - 3 rounds for the whole workout Advance/Expert: 3 - 4 rounds for the whole workout  Make sure you do a good full-body warm-up for 8-10 minutes before starting the cardio workout and end your workout with a good 6-8 minute of full-body stretching.
