in this video i show you my 15 minute intense ab workout that got me 6 pack abs. This ab circuit can be changed to make it more intense or easier. I do three sets of this circuit twice a week but i do two different ab trainings as well but altogether i do ab training 5 days a week and this helped me get a 6 pack.
