'Dynamic Warm-up Muscle Activation Preparation: The Marine will start in a standing position with their feet hip width apart. Execution: The Marine will bring one knee up and grasp it with both hands, pulling it up to the chest while keeping the foot of the standing leg flat on the deck. The Marine will lower the raised and step onto that leg. Then they will bring the opposite knee up to the chest.
