'Complete the following as fast as you can for time:  3.5km Bike Ride 1.5km Row 1km Run = 6km in total!!  Record your time!  Bike: set your own resistance, keep tummy drawn in and drive through your heals.  Row: keep a straight back and power with both legs and arms.  Run: set your own speed, breath and keep a safe running technique.  GOODLUCK!'
