'Special Session. CB55+ Senior Gentlemen\'s Fitness Class led by Dave Docherty, PhD. This session focuses on strength of major muscles but has elements of cardio and balance. The equipment required for this session is a chair with no arms, a block, a mat and a TheraBand. There is NO 30 second water break halfway through the class. The format of this class is 15-20 minute warm up consisting of: stretching of major muscles, some cardio and balance. This is followed by a circuit of leg strength exercises based on squats, front and back lunges in a circuit type environment. Finally, abb exercises are done using the mat and striving for 100 reps. Then cool down consisting of: some major muscle stretches followed by some breathing exercises.'See also:
