This model is also built so it can be used with any level of equipment, small and/or large gyms, with groups of 6-20+ (we\'ve used it with as many as 24 clients for this strength training model). Like I mention in the video, our small group personal training focuses on improving, strength, muscle, and performance, while our team training sessions focus on improving cardio/conditioning (through working on different energy systems).
