'No matter what industry you are operating in, you want to be known for delivering remarkable service. Ryan Sohn has years of restaurant and hospitality education and experience, focusing on management and business. Years ago he shared his knowledge on hospitality to my gym staff, applying his lessons to the fitness industry. There is a lot to take away from offering a hospitable and professional service to your clients. Ryan shared his top tips to deliver high quality service and experience to your members. 1.) Be Present You may find yourself lost in the mundane tasks of running a business. But it is important to remind yourself of your \"why\". Why are doing this career? Take a step back and look at the bigger picture. For the fitness industry, your involvement is helping to better member\'s lives by being healthier and happier. This will help change your mindset and remind you why you are there in the first place. 2.) Be Aware Pay attention to details. Observe what is going on on a daily basis. Pay attention to verbal and nonverbal cues of both your members and staff. This will lead to you already anticipating their wants and needs. Take notes on your clients and their performance. Personalizing their experience will make them feel valued and heighten your service. Being remarkable will lead people to remark about your services. 3.) Be Active In order to see results, you\'re going to have to put in the effort. Be active and resilient. Your effort will pay off in the long run.
