'It\'s a hinging focus day today, we plan to attack all the muscles on the back of the body! So to get that booty ready we have some lunges, inchworms and glute bridges to get us primed and ready for the fitness! After the warm-up we are performing some timed sets of Single leg hip thrust and Romanian Deadlifts - so good! The conditioning piece comes in two short and sweet pieces - one AMRAP with Jumping Squats and Ballslams, and the next with Jumping lunges and Russian Triangles, so much fun to be had for the legs and the abs!
