'It\'s week 3 and the GPP train is rolling!  Todays strength piece focuses on hinging mechanics either in the form of Romanian Deadlifts or Single Leg Deadlifts (depending on what equipment you have available) and the conditioning piece is a short and sweet high paced affair that looks at single limb endurance and sprinting!
