'Leg Day on Deck!!!  Todays strength piece focuses on Front-loading squatting and calf raises. Calf raises may seem a bit foo-foo but they are essential if you want healthy knees when you\'re trying to live your life. The conditioning piece is a short and sweet high paced affair that looks at lunges, deck squats and the ol\' classic - the kettlebell swing!
