In this video I take you through a complete 20 minute abs workout with no equipment. This routine takes me only 20 minutes to complete. Each exercise has 3 sets and a 30 second rest between sets. You can do this workout pretty much anywhere including at home or outside. Towards the end of this video I show what has been an effective weekly cardio routine. Thanks again for the support.
