Although I studied finance in college, my career in the gym started at the age of 13. I was introduced to the science of Kinesiology as early as high school. It wasn’t until getting a part-time job at Goodlife, that I had a chance to put it into real practice. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of working with 200+ clients, all of which have taught me a lot and in turn produced exceptional success stories which we each share mutually. After over a decade of experience in this industry, I have come to appreciate the importance of daily activity and a healthy lifestyle. Many of the disciplines required to enjoy a healthy, happy and fruitful life can be found, developed, and channeled through fitness. In the end what is life without health?
