My 8 Week Fitness Challenge | Week One | Aja Dang

I'm Aja Dang and Brian and I are on a health and fitness journey and starting an 8 week challenge with our local gym, F45. This is only week one and I'm already craving french fries and chips & dip. For me, fitness motivation isn't necessarily about weight loss, it's more about focusing on nutrition and seeing if I can commit to something that has nothing to do with money and student loan debt. I'm challenging myself to see if I can be as motivated to complete something as I am with my debts.
