Workout: Body weight squats 30 reps Barbell Squats 20 reps Barbell squats (heavier weight) 10-12 reps Jumping Squats 30-40 reps Body Weight lunges 20-30 per leg Weighted Lunges 12-15 reps per leg Side Step Lunges 20 reps per leg or more Weighted Side Step Lunges 12-15 reps each side Side to Side Hops 30 or more. Repeat this 3x. Rest 1-2min between each exercise.
