10 MIN FULL BODY FAT BURN WORKOUT ROUTINE | Create Yourself

Hi guys, I have created a quick and effective full body workout for you.  The workout itself is 6 minute long with a 45:15 work and rest period ratio.There is an additional 2,5 min warm up before to make sure you stay injury free.   I highly recommend you to perform the workout for another 2 more rounds with a 3 minutes rest between the sets. It will give you a faster result and I guarantee you will feel fully satisfied with your workout.  PS.: I'm sorry for the voice cover and volume problems. Really hope it's not too disturbing and won't effect your workout.
