'9 drills. No reps or sets listed. Spend a quality amount of time on each drill, before moving onto the next one.  1) Triangle footwork. Alternate sides  2) Pass, open, dribble, pull. Alternate sides  3) Arrowhead figure 8’s. Work both directions  4) “L” footwork, all sole of the foot. Work both directions  5) Wall “L” pattern, alternating between pulls & “L” turns. Work both sides  6) Four cone body shift & wrap around. Alternate sides  7) Step over, scissor, cut, “L” turn, pass, kill. Alternate sides  8) Single leg balance, pass & “L” turn. Work both sides  9) Single leg cone circle x2, to wrap around wide cone.
