Home Chest & Shoulder workout - Day 13 of 21 Day Body Transformation Challenge naturally

So here were are on the 13th day of the 21 day Transformation challenge. I will doing all the home workout targeting all body parts. All workouts will be done at home with natural diet. The aim is to loose fat which was gained particularly during lockdown and gaining lean muscle at the same time. There would be mix of body weight and cardio exercises over the period of 21 days.  Day 13 Warm-up   Cardio Staircase climb  Climb 7 floors for 3-3 times with 2-3 minutes break.  Chest Decline pushups Reverse Grip Pushups Push up hold  Shoulder Plank Ups Scissors & Lateral movement 2-3  Sets of above exercises for 45 sec for each movement  Shirsasan/ Handstand (till failure)  Stretching  Hope you like the video so don't forget to like and Subscribe my channel.
