'EMOM - every minute on the minute Start the workout with 2 turkish getups (one on each side) at the beginning of every minute. Use the rest of the time to do in-outs, keeping an ongoing count. Do 100 in-outs on the right, then 100 on the left, 100 on the right again, and finally, 100 on the left again. You will need a timer where you can set it to alarm every minute so you know when to do the next 2 turkish getups. I recommend downloading an app - search for interval timer. Your score is the total time it takes to get through the in-outs.'
