'This is a warm up /opening stretch routine to Roar by Katy Perry. This version includes a low impact version done by Leila (in the white top) that is also for people who have sensitive lower backs or knees. Leila has a lower back disc injury, like so many people do, and it is important to offer more gentle options for those who need it, rather than apply a \'one size fits all\' approach.'
