'Here is a circuit style workout routine that our member Victor came up with to get the whole body completely in shape in less than 20 minutes.  It is definitely a intense workout but if you can hold through til the end it will be definitely worth it!!  Here\'s a complete break down of the circuit!!  4 Rounds 10 Dead Lift Cleans 15 Leg Lifts 1 Minute Rope Action 12 Burpee Pull Ups  Once you finish the last set, start over from the top!!
