'LEGS & ABS SHAPE UP - Want to know how to shape your legs and abs at home? Grab your dumbbells and use this legs and abs circuit workout to tone and strengthen your lower body in under 40 minutes.  This workout is Week 2/Day 4 of my 6 Week Fit, Lean and Strong Challenge. Complete each exercise 60 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest before moving onto the next. Have 1 minute rest between circuits  You\'ll need a Bench + Booty Band + A variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this legs and abs workout at home. I used 1 set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.   Circuit 1 - Quads 1️⃣DB Goblet Plié Squat 2️⃣DB Static Lunge (L) Side 3️⃣DB Static Lunge (R) Side 4️⃣DB Step Up (L) Side 5️⃣DB Step Up (R) Side 6️⃣DB Narrow Stance Squat Pulse 7️⃣DB Bulgarian Split Lunge (L) Side 8️⃣DB Bulgarian Split Lunge (R) Side 9️⃣ Heels Elevated Banded Plié Squat  Circuit 2 - Glutes/Hamstrings 1️⃣Banded Goblet Sumo Squat 2️⃣Banded  Sumo Good-morning 3️⃣Banded Hip Thrust 4️⃣Bench Curtsy Step Over (L) Side 5️⃣Bench Curtsy Step Over (R) Side 6️⃣Bench Hip Hinge (L) Side 7️⃣Bench Hip Hinge (R) Side 8️⃣Heels Elevated Sumo Stiff Leg Deadlift 9️⃣ Banded Hamstring Runner  Circuit 3- Core  1️⃣Cross Body Crunch Combo 2️⃣Plank DB Pull Through 3️⃣Alt In & Out Abs  4️⃣Crunch 5️⃣Reverse Crunch with Leg Extension 6️⃣DB Straight Arm & Leg Situp 7️⃣Plank with DB Touch 8️⃣DB Woodchop 9️⃣Reverse Plank Hold *Workout Complete
