'HIIT workout at elementary school playground'

'Did a quick HIIT circuit after the run up to the school. Follow along through this workout as I do some intense calisthenics with a 20lb weighted vest. I tried to utilize each muscle group ensuring total muscle atrophy. Most of my workouts are based around functional fitness. Hope you enjoy this workout as you follow along!
