'Jill Sprague, at the time a coach at \"CrossFit Marin\" now known as \"The Cave\" competes at TJ\'s Gym\'s 2011 Nor Cal 40\'s WOD #1. Jill beasts the Workout coming in 1st for the event with a time of 14:38 with Allison Belger and Bonnie Lynn not to far behind. Sprague cushes her way into the finals with another 1st & 2nd finish on the next two workouts. Coming in 2nd in the finals she had the overall best score too win the first year of the Nor-Cal 40\'s. Jill also competed for CrossFit Marin in the 2009 CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup and in the Open later on in the 2011 CrossFit Games. She came in the 35th fittest woman in Northern Cali for and made it to regionals but went attended a parkour seminar instead of regionals. She regularly trains closer to home at the \"Ice Chamber\".'
