'V-Namaste Crunch. Lie on the mat; legs extended on the floor in a V position, hands in a Namaste overhead. Lift the right leg and squeeze it towards the chest, simultaneously raise the torso to the right knee almost like an oblique crunch. Contract the abdominal muscle and exhale. Slowly come back to the starting position. Now alternating the legs do the same move for a minute. This exercise needs a lot of focus. You need to contract your abs in order to avoid a lower back injury. This is the toughest exercise. The movement needs to be always fluid, never jerky. Super controlled movements for super results.
