'Men\'s Group Fitness Training Session'

00:21 Oct 12, 2021
'This men\'s group fitness training session involved a 30:20:10 second work interval. This means that the guys performed an exercise for 30 seconds, rested for 20 seconds, then the next work interval was 10 seconds, then 30 seconds rest, and so on. It is great for keeping the timing interesting for your groups.
