'This video will be about my personal workout plan and about what is the best workout plan for you.  I created this video as my answer to a request from Mark, a subscriber of this channel, to make a video about my workout program.  If you are new to this channel, I’m Tom Nuyens from the alive Academy.com and I used to be laughed at for being very skinny. To make a long story short, after having studied exercise, nutrition and physiology, 7 years later, I became the first mister world and an international underwear model.   Believe it or not, next week I will work as an underwear model for the exact same underwear client, I worked for more then 20 years ago.  And on a metabolic scale, my physical age measures 28 even though I’m halfway towards my 50s ;-)  I used to workout, as an escape from my low self esteem, to become bigger to not be laughed at anymore.Today, although the outer appearance might look similar, my why is totally different.
