Want to know how you can make new habits in 2019 or break old ones? I think learning the science behind habits and how habits work is key to getting started at forming new habits. What are habits? What happens in your brain when you form a habit? What\'s the neuroscience of habits? I explore all of these questions with the help of Yes Theory\'s own Ammar Kandil!  A while ago, I started a journey called 100 days of sweat. For 100 days I would do the bare minimum of exercising until I sweat. A challenge, but also an experiment in trying to make habits. I was inspired by Yes Theory and Ammar from Yes Theory, who created #100daysofsweat over on his Instagram. And it’s been an incredible ride so far.
