Hi Guys so gym is CLOSED ! So i thought id let u in on one of my at home workouts, this video is only short but do each exercise for 30 seconds , and try to do 3-5 rounds depending on your fitness level. Its an abs and booty burn but I pretty much ache all over ! I know my belly isn't the smallest but oh well its real and raw and i'm trying my best ! like and subscribe for more vids ! Hopefully if I keep it up it will be eventually hahahah ( i use the Sarahs day sezzy timer ps its amazing )
