'Soccer Fitness Training: EXPLOSIVE POWER!'

'Soccer fitness, explosive power, balance and agility training. Here are some outstanding examples of soccer training using a ladder. The value of the quick footwork and explosive power developed through this type of training is invaluable to a players development. The key is the control and balance required for this type of work. Speed and inefficiency on the footwork and quality, controlled movements on the strength and power work. Cones or other markers can be used if a ladder training tool isn\'t available. This session was videoed at Lake Tahoe, CA. Not really intended to be an instructional session for coaches just Trae getting in some work (and fun). Great work and concentration from 10 year old Trae Hollis as his Dad and coach Trace Hollis worked with him on these difficult exercises. Challenge the player!
