Part 1  Lunge 400m as fast as possible (cap = 25 minutes).   If you finish the 400m -- rest till the 25 minutes is up, continue to part 2.  If you don’t finish in 25 min -- immediately continue to part 2.  Part 2   Take off the weighted vest and lunge 400m for time (no cap).   Your score = ‘Part 2’ 400m lunge time.'
