'Whitney Simmons Booty Workout vs Kayla Itsines BBG: How to pick which workout program is right for you?  One of the great plights of being a beginner and trying to get started in this whole workout game, is trying to wade through the piles and piles of workout programs and exercises out there.   There are so many. SO MANY! They all claim to be effective. They all have super buff men and women promoting them. How can you possibly know which ones are good, which ones are bunk, and which ones are best for you?  We’ll let you in on a little secret.  If you’re a beginner, and are trying to find a way to just get started with exercise, then in reality....it doesn’t really matter too much.  SSHHHH!! SECRET!!  In all seriousness, to some degree this is true.  If you’re just getting started, as long as the program or workouts you’re trying aren’t unsafe, then you have the wonderful benefit of newbie gains.  That basically means that, as long as you’re consistent, you’re going to see some results and improvements, just based on the fact that you’ve gone from being sedentary to adding new physical activity to your life, regardless what program or exercises you choose.  Of course, you’ll still want to make the best possible decision for yourself, and choose a program or workout that is best for your goals.  No problem.
