'Day 1 of postpartum fitness journey. I did 20 pushups; goal is to hit 40 pushups in 1 min or less. I\'ve already started working out as soon as I could after giving birth. However, I wanted to start actually vlogging my workouts as a personal accountability for me and to also help encourage moms out there who are also struggling with getting back into shape after having a baby.
