'HIIT 10 min Circuit - Try 3 Rounds! Zumba Fitness Dance with Leesa'

'10 exercises 45 secs of work and then 15 sec rest between each!  Give it a whirl!  I used 20lb dumbells except for the overhead shoulder press which were 15lb.  Make sure to warmup with a Zumba song or two before starting this HIIT!  Go for 3 rounds
