'Here is a simple Iron Body routine I like to do, when I want to get in some iron body training but, unable to do to time or other reasons. Now granted it does not cover everything but, still targets the major parts like the shins, forearms, palm, and fist. It\'s a simple routine you can do if you are limited to space & time great add on if you are training martial arts and need a bit of iron body mixed to your routine. You really just need a bag filled with rice or beans, a plank and a dough roller.'
