The Four-Minute Advanced Level Ab Workout

These four ab exercises will challenge your balance to help engage your abs for an  awesome ab workout.  The four exercises in this workout are:  1) Rope Climb 2) Corkscrew 3) Russian Twists 4) Plank Extensions  Each exercise is done for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between, and all four are done two times through.  If you don't have dumbbells at home, you can use any object with weight that you can firmly hold on to while performing the exercise.
